Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders will be processed on business days (excluding holidays) after receiving the order or credit card authorization. Order shipping time depends on order volume.

Please be sure to provide an up-to-date billing address when filling in your order billing and shipping addresses so that we can verify, authorize, and process your order. Some products and packaging are handmade, therefore requiring 3-5 business days for processing.

The following are uniform shipping and handling fees, calculated from the date of order shipment. Order shipping time depends on order volume:

Free shipping on orders totaling $20.99 or more (order total refers to the total order amount after deducting all discounts and applicable taxes). International regular mail delivery time depends on customs regulations, package size, and other factors, varying by destination. It typically takes 8-15 business days.

Orders totaling less than $20.99 will incur a $5.99 shipping fee.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees levied by the destination country. These fees are usually collected upon arrival of the package in the destination country. AIDD Body Jewelry Limited, Hong Kong is not responsible for these fees.
