Welcome to the website of AIDD Body Jewelry Limited, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop"). Before using this website or placing an order, please carefully read the following Terms of Service. Your access and purchase indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

The Shop is AIDD Body Jewelry Limited, Hong Kong, registered in Hong Kong. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

2. Products and Orders

- All products sold in the Shop are piercing jewelry, made of G23 medical-grade titanium alloy/medical-grade stainless steel/sterling silver/14K gold. All materials and sizes are indicated on the product details page, with a normal error of ±0.5mm.

- All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the Shop. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after payment. Please contact customer service for assistance in special circumstances.

- The Shop reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Orders confirmed before modification will not be affected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

- This shop ships orders in sequence. Specific delivery times depend on logistics policies.

- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the recipient. This shop does not cover these costs.

- In case of lost or damaged items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of signing for the package.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

- Due to the special nature of pierced jewelry, for hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not supported for reasons other than quality issues.

- If you receive a product with quality problems (such as defects, damage, or incorrect shipment), please contact customer service within 30 days of signing for the package and provide photo/video evidence. This shop will provide a replacement or refund.

5. User Responsibility and Risk Warning

- This shop sells jewelry and does not provide any piercing services or medical advice.

- Before wearing pierced jewelry, please ensure the piercing site is completely healed and keep the jewelry clean. Users are solely responsible for any allergies, inflammation, or other problems caused by improper wearing or cleaning.

- A very small number of people may experience allergic reactions to titanium alloy/medical-grade stainless steel/sterling silver/14K gold materials. If discomfort occurs during wear, please stop wearing immediately and consult a professional.

6. Intellectual Property All images, text, and designs in this shop are original and protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, this shop shall not be liable for any indirect losses (including but not limited to physical discomfort and economic losses) caused by the use of the product.

8. Terms of Service Modification This shop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
