AIDD Body Jewelry Limited is the online store operated by AIDD INDUSTRIAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. In these Terms of Service, “AIDD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AIDD INDUSTRIAL LIMITED operating the online store under the name AIDD Body Jewelry Limited.
These Terms govern your use of https://www.hkaidd.com and any purchase made through the online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from this store. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We sell decorative piercing jewelry and related jewelry products. We do not provide piercing services, medical devices, medical treatment, or medical advice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, or measurement methods. Always review the individual product page for its material, gauge, post length, diameter, threading style, color, and intended piercing placement before ordering.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product information at any time.
3. MATERIAL AND WEARING INFORMATION
Material claims apply only as stated on the individual product page. Customers with known metal sensitivities should review the product information carefully before purchase.
Piercing jewelry should be used only in fully healed piercings unless a qualified professional advises otherwise. Stop using the product and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation, redness, swelling, pain, or another adverse reaction occurs.
Individual reactions vary. No material can be guaranteed to be suitable for every person.
4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or product unavailability.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after payment because fulfillment may already have started.
5. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are calculated at checkout before payment.
We may change prices or promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where a clear pricing error has occurred.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We currently accept and ship online orders to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations are determined by the options shown at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated standard delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather, security checks, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible United States orders of US$39 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Eligible orders below US$39 are charged a US$5.99 standard shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted.

7. 30-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unopened, and remains sealed in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or worn piercing jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return authorization is required before sending an item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for the complete procedure, exclusions, and processing times.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Do not return an item before receiving instructions from customer service.
9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and end dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. We may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by an error, misuse, or fraud.
10. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, text, photographs, graphics, videos, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to AIDD INDUSTRIAL LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from the date of publication and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to previously accepted orders where prohibited by law.
