AIDD Body Jewelry Limited, Hong Kong only accepts returns that meet the following conditions:

 Returned items must be sealed in their original packaging.

 Returned items must be unused/unworn.

 Returns must be received within 30 days of the receipt date*

 Customized products (CU SKU items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.

 We do not provide return labels.

How to return an item?

We will reply to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major public holidays.

Once your return request is approved, please print the return authorization form and include it in the return package. Please mail the returned item and return authorization form to the address provided on the return form within thirty (30) days of the original order delivery date.

You can use the original packaging or your own packaging. Please be sure to obtain a return tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns that are not received. Please choose the most economical return method possible, as return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels. We only offer refunds equivalent to the price of the item.

It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your return after we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

As customized and personalized jewelry is made to order according to the customer's specific requirements, we cannot process returns of any customized or personalized items. All such items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
