You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused, unworn items that remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Opened or worn piercing jewelry is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
